The various European certification bodies attest and certify compliance with safety quality standards and rules.
The BRC (British Retail Consortium) is a specific global standard regarding the safety of food products. The objective of the BRC certification is to ensure quality and protection of food products offered to consumers by GDO suppliers and retailers.
The requirements imposed by IFS Food standard refer to the quality management systems, the HACCP methodology, and a set of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and GHP (Good Hygiene Practice) conditions. The objective is to ensure compliance with food quality and safety terms as well as with the laws governing the sector.
ISO 9001:2015 represents the reference, globally recognized, for the certification of the quality management system (QSM) of organizations in all productive sectors. It ensures the capacity of an organization to structure and to manage its resources and its production processes in such a way to recognize its client’s needs, as well as the commitment to continuously improve this role.
ISO 14001:2015 regulates the Environmental Management System (EMS), which attest the sensitivity and the ‘green’ commitment of the company.
Ḥalāl (حلال, ḥalāl, halaal) is an Arabic world meaning ‘lawful’ . In the respect of the Islamic religion, some of our products are certified according to the dictates of Islam.
Kosher is the set of religious rules which dominate the nutrition of the observant Jewish people. Some of our products are Kosher certified.
