UHT sweetened whipping product based on vegetable fats and oils.

Thanks to its neutral aroma it is ideal if used pure and, once cut, it enhances the flavor of the other ingredients.
Water, Fully hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils (27%) (fats: palm kernel; oils: sunflower), Sugar (11%), Stabilizers: Sorbitol Syrup(E420), Hydroxipropyl cellulose (E463), Milk Proteins, Emulsifiers: Mono- and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472e), Soy Lecithin (E322), Lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472b), Salt, Flavors, Color: Carotene (E160a).

Use and storage
Use: for best results, refrigerate for at least 12 hours before whipping. Whip at a temperature between 8 °C and 12 °C. After opening, refrigerate and use within 3-4 days.
Storage: store at room temperature between 5 °C and 20 °C. After opening, refrigerate. Do not freeze.
