Hulalà Professional Art is the extra – tight vegetal cream: thanks to its excellent workability, it is ideal for sophisticated processing, which may require a long life, pastry filling , and cake design. After being assembled, it can be stored at room temperature for many hours.

Water, Fully hydrogenated vegetable fats and oils (25%) (fats: palm kernel; oils: sunflower), Sugar (25%), Stabilizers: Sorbitol Syrup, Hydroxypropyl cellulose, Locust bean gum, Xanthan gum; Milk proteins, Emulsifiers: Sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, Soy Lecithin; Salt , Flavourings.

Produced in Italy using primary ingredients from EU and non-EU countries

Use and storage

Use: for best results, refrigerate for at least 12 hours before whipping. Whip at a temperature between 8 °C and 12 °C. After opening, refrigerate and use within 3-4 days

Storage: store at room temperature between 5 °C and 20 °C. After opening, refrigerate. Do not freeze.
