Hulalà Platinum is the extra – tight vegetal cream: thanks to its excellent workability, it is ideal for sophisticated processing, which may require a long life, pastry filling , and cake design. After being assembled, it can be stored at room temperature for many hours.

Use and storage

Use: for best results, refrigerate for at least 12 hours before whipping. Whip at a temperature between 8 °C and 12 °C. After opening, refrigerate and use within 3-4 days

Storage: store at room temperature between 5 °C and 20 °C. After opening, refrigerate. Do not freeze.
