Crème Brulée

INGREDIENTS for 12 servings

  • 16 or 320g Yolks
  • 1000ml Hulalà Sugar Free
  • 250ml Milk
  • 260g Sugar
  • 1 Vanilla berry

PREPARATION

Heat oven up to 180° C.

Mix milk, Hulalà Sugar Free and vanilla together; then bring the mixture to boil.

Add egg yolks.

When the milk boils, pour over the egg yolks.

Cook, in a ‘bain – marie’ way, the mixture with 2 fingers of water in a baking dish for 60 minutes.
