Pasta with Salmon and Whisky 

INGREDIENTS for 8 servings

  • 1 Onion
  • 600g Smoked salmon
  • 400g Tomato sauce
  • 200g Hulalà Cooking
  • Parsley
  • Whisky
  • 640g Pasta
  • Olive Oil

PREPARATION

Put oil and julienne cut onion in a pan.

Add the salmon sliced into medium pieces and, when it is browned, add a little whisky and flambé it. After a few minutes add the tomato sauce, then Hulalà Cooking. Turn off.

Cook pasta ‘al dente’.

Stir until creamy .

Serve, adding a little chopped parsley.
