Rum Donut

INGREDIENTS for a 24 cm mold 

  • 250g Flour
  • 8g Chemical yeast
  • 300g Hulalà Classic
  • 200g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 30g Rum
  • Small amount of salt

PREPARATION

Heat the oven to 180° C.

Whist eggs with the sugar for at least 10 minutes.

Add Hulalà classic, rum (or another aroma if preferred).

Add flour , yeast and salt.

Bake it for 35-40 minutes.
