Foamy bombardino

with Hulalà Whipping and Spray Pan

  • Sugar 90 g
  • Hulalà Whipping 60 g
  • Brandy 200 ml
  • Vanillina sachet 1
  • Spray Pan
  • Bitter cocoa powder

  1. Place a saucepan with water on the stove and bring to a boil. The size must be such that a second, smaller saucepan can dip in it, without the latter touching the edges of the larger one.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place the latter in the smaller saucepan. Add the sugar with vanillina and whip until a soft, pale yellow mixture is obtained.
  3. Transfer the small saucepan into the large one with boiling water and cook in a bain-marie continuing to whip until you get a frothy mixture.
  4. Add Hulalà Whipping and mix. Turn off the stove and add the liqueur, always continuing to stir. Serve hot with a sprinkle of Spray Pan and of cocoa powder.
