Foamy bombardino
with Hulalà Whipping and Spray Pan

- Sugar 90 g
- Hulalà Whipping 60 g
- Brandy 200 ml
- Vanillina sachet 1
- Spray Pan
- Bitter cocoa powder
Preparation

- Place a saucepan with water on the stove and bring to a boil. The size must be such that a second, smaller saucepan can dip in it, without the latter touching the edges of the larger one.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place the latter in the smaller saucepan. Add the sugar with vanillina and whip until a soft, pale yellow mixture is obtained.
- Transfer the small saucepan into the large one with boiling water and cook in a bain-marie continuing to whip until you get a frothy mixture.
- Add Hulalà Whipping and mix. Turn off the stove and add the liqueur, always continuing to stir. Serve hot with a sprinkle of Spray Pan and of cocoa powder.
